How many of you guys out there can honestly tell yourselves that you get a good nutritional breakfast in every single morning. That is wonderful if you actually do! If not, that needs to change. You need to try to avoid fat first thing in the morning. Avoid the fatty bacon and sausage out there. If you do not mind drinking protein drinks then just have a scoop of it every morning along with some oatmeal.
